Identity and access

User identity (name, email, phone, nickname) is managed by OmegaMaria, which acts as data controller for this data. POS Anywhere only receives the data needed to create the local account, see the 'OmegaMaria Identity' page.

Dati del commerciante

Data needed for business verification (KYC/KYB) is collected and processed directly by Viva.com as an independent data controller, under its own privacy notice. POS Anywhere only stores the verification status, not the documents.

Dati delle transazioni

Amount, currency, date and status of each transaction are stored for fee calculation and merchant reporting. No card payment data ever passes through or is stored by POS Anywhere.
