The service

POS Anywhere is a software platform that lets a merchant accept contactless payments via smartphone. POS Anywhere is not a payment institution: payment acceptance is provided by Viva.com, a payment institution authorised in the European Economic Area, of which POS Anywhere is a technology partner (ISV).

Commissioni

For each transaction, POS Anywhere retains a percentage fee, shown in the merchant dashboard, in addition to what is owed to Viva.com for the payment acceptance service.

Verifica del commerciante

Activating payment acceptance requires completing verification (KYC/KYB) with Viva.com. POS Anywhere has no access to verification documents and does not take part in the approval decision.

Limitation of liability

POS Anywhere is not responsible for the execution, refusal or delay of a payment transaction, which is the exclusive responsibility of Viva.com as the payment institution.
